Today we have been celebrating World Religion Day by exploring different festivals. Year 3 have found out about Hanukkah and have played games linked to the celebration. Year 4 have been researching about Holi and have thrown gulal (coloured power) and learnt some celebration dances. Year 5 have been looking at Buddhist celebrations including Wesak and have made lotus flowers and lanterns. Year 6 have written non-fiction texts about how Eid is celebrated. 

We've all had a brilliant time sharing our findings with another year group and seeing what work they have produced. Well done everyone, it's been lovely to  hear everyone's excitement as they've shared their work.
