All pupils, irrespective of ability, share a common entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum, inclusive of the National Curriculum. This right extends to every pupil of the school, whether or not they have a Special Educational Need as is implicit in the Education Act 1993.
The school aims to provide a caring learning environment, rich in stimulation, which will meet the needs of all children and foster their academic, emotional and physical development, in order that each child reaches their potential.
