On Thursday 19th May a sports journalist from the Evening Echo visited the school to gather predictions for one of the groups at Euro 2016. This is part of a competition against other local schools to see which school can correctly guess the outcomes of games at the tournament. A group from year 6 were selected to make predictions on behalf of the school. An article on this, including a photo, will appear in the Echo just before the Euros start. There will be regular updates in the paper tracking our progress. Following the group stages the Echo will re-visit the school to gather predictions for the knockout stages. There is a mystery prize for the winning school– fingers crossed.
