Every Family Matters is a new campaign launched by Essex County Council, aimed at sign-posting parents and carers to advice, resources and support across three key areas – children’s mental health, social distancing and young people, and online safety. A new area on the ECC website – Staying Well Children and Families - has been created and includes information, guidance and resources that can support parents and carers at this time.

Staying fit and healthy during a period of isolation

The Schools Sports Partnership (SSP) has created a website page dedicated to our schools. This page consists of the following:

- Videos of activities children and families can try at home. All of the videos have been made by SSP staff so you should see some familiar faces. We will add new ones each week to keep it fresh and engaging.

- Useful links to online resources and activities which we highly recommend.

- Our SSP Activity at Home Challenges document.
